I was running for a good solid five days in a row, then injured my foot on the fifth day. Haven't been able to run, really. Except for yesterday, when I had to. Made it worse, though.

Re-reading that makes it seem as if I was running for five days, non-stop. Haha, no.
Run about a mile to a mile and a half a day.
