well i oer used my injured arm, so it was a bit sore, and my best friend ended up in jail last night, unpaid fines or something like that 'shrugs' he'll be in for about eight days. umm My therapy appointment was cancled today, though i still have an even later doctor's appointment. which im hopeing doesn't take to long.
