Well hey I didn't expect to see any kind of anything happening in here for some time still. Well you'd probably have to fish up the announcement in the long list of past announcements. (I think such a thing exists somewhere in the forums)

It wasn't a very long announcement and it could have gone into more detail anyway. Basically, this is supposed to be a project where us users design thrifty clothing and items that Jelly would choose from and then make available to other users, this is mostly meant to help out the newbies, for really cheap. If you go to the shops, the "#1 newbie" shop is where they go. If you like to pixel, then I'd say go for it. All you really gotta do is make a thread in the "pixel workrooms" area and organize the pixel clothes that you make.
