Well, all the items in the store right now are just commons. After the event they will go to the other shops and can be bought whenever. I just use extra of the event currency I might make to get some of the commons without having to spend gold.
The event rares will be unavailable to get after the event ends will always be on the last page in the store. No event rares are out yet.
