Taka felt warm and dry and decided it was time to catch some dinner. "You want more fish or would you like rabbit for dinner?" He asked the boy next to him. Maybe later they could catch something bigger like a dear and make some jerky, then Tomoe could eat anytime he was hungry.

Taka turned his eyes to sky again, trying to gauge the weather for the evening. He didn't see any threatening clouds on the horizon. Looked like they wouldn't have to worry about any rain or snow tonight.

(What season did you have in mind for this? Sorry realized I have no clue if its spring/summer or more fall/winter. I was also wondering how you would feel about me making Taka a bit older. I was thinking maybe 30's.)
