He had nodded when Tsukikari confirmed his role. Focus on the guards. He took a seat on a nearby bench to wait. He had hoped they would go first. He was ready to fight; ready to punch something into the dirt. While waiting for their team to be called, he started getting restless. He watched how the other groups preformed. They worked together well, playing off each others strengths. He focused on their movements intently; some stood back to back, covering each others blind spots; in some groups there were snipers positioned above, taking care of threats before they hit the team. Nik couldn't help but wonder how his team would be covered. By him, of course, but how? He'd have to be on the ground in front of them, all around them. He wasn't nimble. He hadn't been trained in evasion. He'd been trained to be the harder hitter.

He was worried about the metal aspects of the building. If there was a door, he could probably easily rip it off its hinges, or force it open. If there was a hidden door? What could he do? He'd need an edge, something to grip. He'd better focus more on these robot guards. Robots: a few punches and they'd be down. Snap their necks, hear the bones crack as they break. Just like the back of a small mammal. One snap and they're dead.Monster... He shook him head. He really needed sleep.

The first thing Nik did was steady himself so he wouldn't fall. He'd never gotten used to the moving floor of the arena. He preferred having hard ground beneath his feet. Falling now would be embarrassing; the entire class seemed focused on their group. Nik smirked. He knew the three of them look like a volatile combination. He had no issue with Tsukikari, and could hold his anger away from Tyrell. He simply wouldn't say anything to counter that. The team stood on the edge of a knife as is. He crouched, getting ready to run. "Say when."
