As in two characters, both controlled by you?
I'm not very good at handling romance in RPs as a general principle, and I would probably screw up the pacing and have it handled really unrealistically, especially since there would be no other person controlling the other character to help me handle it better. If you can handle writing romance, though, and you can pace things well I see no issues.
