I have something that may be a bit better. It's an older ref, but it gets the gist of it. There's no real good reference of his hair though because of how messy it is. It changes a bit from time to time a lot. Basically, all his hair is is something rather messy that kinda frames his face with a few big chunks in the front. It never gets longer than the top-middle of his neck. ^^;
