Amanda and her friends rose from their chairs when called. "Follow the corridor. It will be the first door on your right," the secretary said before going back to his paperwork.

Amanda didn't know what to expect, but she mustered the courage to knock on the door.

"Come in," called a male voice.

They entered the hospital room to see a nurse and assistant sitting in an office chair eating lunch.

"Hi, my name is Amanda," she said, introducing herself. Her friends also introduced themselves.

Where is the -- Amanda thought before turning to her left and locking eyes with the human. Or rather, what used to be a human. She saw a food tray from the cafeteria next to him, with just an empty sandwich container.

"Hi! The...headmaster sent me here to see you," Amanda said, not knowing the patient's name.
