Seito: I finished! Sorry for the wait, SAI was giving me trouble and I had work, but regardless, I finished it!

Let me know if any colors are off or designs, so I may fix it!

I attempted the royal outfit for Hotaru and used the color scheme of the normal kimono like you said. I loved doing the background, and her hair! xD
