I live in California, U.S. I dunno if you know but it's pretty much a desert. There are fires around my house up in the mountains all of the time, it just a fire hazard and stuff. I know in some places you can set them off at the beach, but that's about it. They do have the big ones during the 4th of July, but to buy them is illegal.
