Event commons are semi-special commons sets that first come out during an event. Usually set around the themes of the event, they are half priced when first released. You can find them at the Special event store for the duration of the whole event.
Depending on the circumstances, you may purchase them with event currency.
The event currency for the event commons can be acquired by some means such as posting or asking for them from the event NPCs.

Once the event is over, the prices double/normalize and they'll be around from that time onwards.

It's hard to choose. D: I'm trying to resist the temptation to make as many skeletons as possible so I can get A LOT of commons. T_T
