Right before Pierce went back into his room, a servant ran up to him. Out of breath he said, "Sire, pardon me for the interruption but the queen requests your presence in her sun room." Pierce frowned slightly. "Yes of course." What on earth did she want to see him for? He sighed to himself as the servant bowed and walked away. She knew how much he hated going into that room. She always skittered around the subject she wanted to talk about when she was in there and he would end up lingering there for far longer than he wanted.

It was then that inspiration hit. He didn't have to go by himself and be bored to death! That was the beauty of having one's own personal servant. He went up to Lucas's door and hesitating for just a second, knocked softly.
