"Oh, so you do have some common sense," Elias smiled. Rising to his own feet, he offered to let Barrett leave through his home rather than his studio this time. Opening the door, he motioned to let the other man enter first. "But it has been nice. Who knows what the world will bring, but I'm sure we'll meet again." Even with Barrett's effort to follow him and Elias' effort to push him away, it seemed no matter what, they would meet again. They lived in a small town anyway.
