The cloak is not bad! I think you should brush up on the flow and make sure it connects. :D
The way it hangs off the shoulders makes you think it would fall around the arms, not behind them.
Unless there are some invisible pins XD

Also, it seems like you like to do lineless pixels. That's not bad, as it's quite common these days! But Mene tends to keep their outlines for their pixels. Just a tip if you wanted to make your items fit in! (Not saying you need to, just saying for the sake of it) :3c
