Who Has/Gets to Ride the Carrousel
How to the tickets will work is simple. I will PM you a "ticket" you will then redeem your ticket by filling out the information that is asked on it and returning it to me either through by posting it here or PMing it back to me. The slots I have open for each type of "car" on the carrousel will be listed here.
