2/5, it's a bit too weird to be 'cute', and the eye-patch takes down the cuteness level quite a bit- there is nothing cute about lost, injured, or infected eyes.

I like the colours way better than your last one though, the blue and yellow don't quite work, but yellow and green almost always look good together, and the white works too.
