Indeed it is.
No one believes me here in my town when I say "i got like this by practicing."
I didn't just pick it up one day like everyone thinks, I practiced a lot growing up.
I'd attempt to draw something at least once a day.
I took a lot of art classes.

I fully believe it can be taught.
Everyone has ideas.
We just need to practice to make it a reality.
