My oldest got her first real bike with training wheels, and our middle kiddo got this giant dollhouse and a ton of dolls and accessories from the rest of our family - we all joined together to get her all that she needed for it. The house was from her father and myself (as well as a few dolls and basic things), and then the rest of the things for it came from her grandparents, and aunt and uncle and cousins. :)
And for our youngest - he got a lot of fun floor toys and cardboard books. ^-^

My sister in law brother, hubby, and in-laws all chipped in for me to have a day off and have a spa day -- I'm so looking forward to that!
I also got a giant 'stupid soft' (aka, REALLY REALLY SOFT) blanket that makes me happy.
