Will heard his name and looked up sharply from the food packets to where May was sitting on the floor. Her voice sounded rough and dry as his name escaped her. "May" he responded. "How do you feel?" he added after a pause, squatting down to see her at eye level. She needed water, Will lunged over to pick up the water nearby and handed it to her after unscrewing the lid. "Here" he said as she took it to drink. He looked down at her leg, using his hand to check the bandage was still secure and that there was no bleeding through the gauze. "Your leg's looking better" he smiled, happy to know that it was going to be okay, and also a little proud at how he managed to do such a substantial procedure in their circumstances. "You passed out for a while though" he continued "but hopefully you feel a little better know?"

Dr. Rider made his way over to Collin at the tent. The tent was large and stood it's ground, set in the surroundings of the jungle trees. It was the only stable thing around. After the boat had been wrecked, the whole place had been left in ruins and left them vulnerable, but now they at least had somewhere to take cover and keep themselves grounded. "Hey" he said to get Collins attention. "You did all this while I was asleep?" he asked nonchalantly, although he very well knew the answer. He looked inside to see the cots, frowning a little to see only four. The realization gave his chest a small sharp sting. His memory had always been rocky, but the wreck had left him feeling like he had a hangover which did no favors for his confusion.

The sky was quickly turning shades deeper, the sun making it's way out of sight, soon the light would be gone and Dr. Rider felt unsettled, but one thing he was certain of was that the darkness brought relief with a closure to the sight of the shipwreck and bodies spread across the shoreline in the distance.
