Prince Edwin Maxwell Meriweather III, a monarch of an Medieval European city, has been well known for marrying many wives, however, with each year, his wives mysteriously disappear and are never seen or heard from again. It was a mystery where they go or what happens to them.
In a frantic effort to keep his kingdom from dividing, the newly appointed King Edwin seeks a new wife who is a peasant. This peasant, however, will soon discover what exactly happens to the wives who disappear. Can she get away in time before she, too, is erased from her existence?
