Everyone has their preferences. No one is vain or shallow for being attracted to certain height or a certain weight or big breasts or big muscles. Everyone is entitled to be attracted to whatever they want to be attracted to. Its only when they're disrespectful to people who aren't attractive to them that they become shallow or vain.
