Untitled poem

Why do you stare at me so,
tease me, make fun of me,
I'm the same as you,
even though im Not,

I have feelings,
thoughts and dreams,
i see the world,
all its wonders,

you call me names,
make me feel stupid,
make me feel different,
break my spirit,

does it make you feel strong,
my tears?
does it make you feel the king?
My pain?

Does my living in the shadows,
give you more light?
does my agony?
Spice up your life?

I talk,
I laugh,
I cry,
I die,

Blood is still blood,
Red as a rose gone wild,
is my pain invisible?
am I in a crowed?

I try to fit,
the peices break apart,
I try and act,
Like all the drones,

Just because im different,
doesn't mean im not the same,
with hopes,
and dreams,

Just because im slower,
not quick like you,
doesn't mean i can't do,
what i dream to do.
