Hopefully you all remember Mad Libs from your school days. Plugging nouns, verbs, adjectives and the like into empty spaces and hoping it turns into hilarity.

This is what will be happening here. I provide you with a form. You fill in the spaces. And the most amusing entries win gold. ;D
