"Uncle is making fun of me Papa." Naira whined childishly as she retook her seat, silently noting the way Yusuke seemed to have pulled himself into a more composed state. Had he found his conviction then?
"He doesn't think I can get through a meeting without upsetting someone." she continued, making a sound of displeasure as she pulled her drink closer and swirled her straw, mixing the milky water into the tea before taking a long sip, draining a quarter of the glass before releasing the straw with a sigh.
Rei chuckled at Naira's expense.
"But I can't say he was wrong dear. You even made my poor assistant cry when we were last in Greece." he joked, setting his own glass down
"But...that was...I..." Naira stumbled over her words before muttering incoherently in Italian. She suddenly turned her attention to Yusuke and pouted.
"I didn't upset you did I Mr. Yusuke?"
