Generally how it works though. Men are predominently in charge and they can't really make a decision without consulting Mr. Happy, so it just goes with the thinking that most blame can be laid to them having a small Mr. Happy. And have you ever noticed that rockets kind of look like a penis? I mean come on! According to my father they are designed that way because they fly better. Whatever.
