A light smirk on his lips as he watched how Patrin reacted to his boulder comment, easing himself into a more easy stride. Kurako's body relaxed when the other didn't really react to the information of his heritage. At one time, that had been the only reason he constantly wore his hood up and his hair long, but now the dark markings had begun to appear on his throat and face. That made him try to keep his face hidden more completely under the shadow of his hood.
Perhaps he should invest in some sort of mask, but such a covering wasn't his style. Despite the fact that he kept the rest of his body covered so completely. "Yes." That was his simple, almost off handed reply to the other's words. He followed Patrin onto the trail, lined with berries. Kurako moved easily, occasionally getting nicked by a thorn, but only occasionally. It was impossible to avoid every thorn, but his clothing protected him well enough from such things.
