A beam of light
of purest white
Gleams down from above
giving warmth and love
Til shattered and broken
with a crystal token
Throwing about all manner
of color like a banner
Across wall and floor
children ask for more
And with a twist of wrist
the room fills with this
Once a light of purest white
now rainbows made of pure delight
