(I am tipsy, might not be that long of a post lol)

Aurora stirred watching how the shadow was frozen, however she wasn't fully operational as she could have been. She felt the pain from being knocked into the tree. Not saying anything she looked up at the boy wondering why he didn't just leave her there and then she thought, how come the shadow wasn't attacking? She didn't know he was the one who stopped it, just that it was frozen. When he said they had to get out of there she wondered what was so bad. The thing had stopped in it's tracks right now. Her mind took a moment to focus, then she remembered she was in danger, but her memories reminded her it wasn't anything too bad. If the shadow wanted her dead, she would be, and right now she knew she wasn't. Otherwise she would cease to exist.

Standing up, Aurora felt a twinge of pain in her ankle, but ignored it. "Why, it's not going to kill us." she mumbled, well not yet it wasn't going to so far. Aurora shrugged "Fine" she turned to go the way they had, but the path was starting to fade away. "If we're going to go, we should go sooner than later."
