Pedro followed after Sophie and sat at her feet then entire time she cooked, eyes on the stove top. Tai only ever gave him cat food, so he nearly wiggled with excitement to get something else. He was a cat, but he really liked food so much, almost no matter what it was. Sitting down in front of the saucer, he ate and purred as Sophie pet him. When she asked her question, he lifted his head to meow back. He understood of course, unlike a regular cat, and would do his best to keep with her despite how ever exciting the outside world was. It must seem strange for a cat to listen well to its owner, but then, he wasn't a regular cat. Letting out another meow mixed with a purr, he went back to his breakfast, knowing Sophie seemed to understand him best.
