‘The large man was a fighter’ James recalled, ‘years ago I saw a fight... Kale... Kyle... Cal... He became the senator.’

His mind was going a mile a minute, one of his employees is missing. The bouncer says she went upstairs with some well dressed man. That was the last sighting. James had high hopes for the girl. She was young, beautiful, and energetic. Terra. James knew his employees like the back of his hands. They were, in a lot of ways, like children to him.

He put his attention back to the security cameras. The live feed was to the left, he noticed the large fighter order another drink, eyes keeping a vigilant watch over the club, and his boss. He saw the two women being approached by a shadowy figure. He could see a woman walk past the club heading towards the corner store. James could have cared less about what was happening in the club now.
He turned to the right and watched the tapes from earlier, his eyes focused on the red hair of his missing employee. James watched her walk up to the bar where a well dressed man stood. She was with Mr. Wood. James instantly remembered Lewis.
There was a knock at the door.

--------------

Lewis was shocked when he walked on to the top floor of the club again. He quickly regretted not bringing Caleb up with him. A large man wearing a security shirt had Lewis in an arm lock and brought him down the elevator to the basement floor.

“The boss is going to want to speak with you.” The bouncer spoke with a slow pace, Lewis assumed he was uneducated. The man loosened his grip on Lewis in the elevator. The elevator doors opened to show the underbelly of the club, a casino. The bouncer led Lewis to a door by a long mirror. The man knocked and the short Irish man opened the door.

“Mr. Wood,” the short Irishman said with a flare of anger. “I believe you have something of mine.”

Lewis instantly knew not to act smart.

“Yes, sir, I do. She was in the hospital, an accident with one of the drugs you have floating around... shes resting at my pent house apartment.”

“What the number” O’Harron looked up at Lewis his eyes dark and threatening.
Lewis was running out of patience and threw his phone at the Irishmen. “Call her, speed dial one.”

The Irish man pressed down on the key pad, the phone began to ring. Lewis hoped Terra would answer, he didn’t want to catch a bullet for some woman he just met, even if there was something special about her.
