i had been saving money up to go to the Sam's club open house.
lol, buy bulk and save money, yeah i just buy bigger boxes of 'junk' foods!
on my way there the timing, serpentine belt and something else dies.
i have five hundred five dollars saved for groceries and luxeries such as a large bundle of toilet paper.
i walk over to our local garage (*i totally understand supporting locally) which is not even one tenth of a mile.
he tells me it's eighty-five dollars for towing and i burst out crying. so he gives me a break to make towing fifty-five dollars.
the total bill was five hundred thirty-seven dollars and forty-three cents!
when i was writing the check i asked him how he knew i had five hundred dollars for groceries?
he was so upset it wasn't even funny but he worked really hard to get me back on the road on a staurday.
i really appreciate how a small bussiness goes the extra mile to make a customer happy even if he made my pocketbook sad ;p
