*chuckles* I'll leave that up to you. The only things I really had in mind were the scorpions and sea snakes! If you google for poisonous, venomous or toxic sea life you'll get ideas. I would think though that many of them would be combinable - for instance, if one thing paralyses, and another causes hallucinations, then mixing them would not only paralyse and cause hallucinations but might also have another side effect such as addiction, or rash etc.
