Let's see, the game tells me that I've caught 6,488 pokemon and hatched 362 eggs.

I feel like you don't need to "Catch up" in pokemon go. You just play it if it's fun. If it's not fun, don't play. I joined a local facebook group for my state and let me tell you, those people are hardcore! Like, way up there in levels with dozens of charizards and other fancy pokes and it makes me feel a bit inadequate, but then I remind myself that I'm playing because it's fun. And unlike some of those people, I have a job and other hobbies. Some of them are stay at home moms with lots of time to play pokemon or pokemon is their only hobby. I like to stay at home and watch anime. I only play pokemon when I'm already out of the house. Though, now that winter is melting away, I will probably get out there and walk around to catch more. Especially in the city. :)
