In the Kitchen

Chris wanted ham this week end... I'm hammed out. XD We roasted some on Friday then had so much left over. It seems like most things they're eithe fit for a family of 2 of 4 if you have 3 either someone goes without or you have crazy left overs.

So I cut up the left over ham and made a bunch of ham items over the weekend. Ham and cheese pizza for dinner, on Saturday Ham and cheese biscuits (with spinach) for Sunday brunch and I still have a bunch of ham left over for an omelette Monday morning. He didn't believe me with how much he bought. XD

I'm ready for some salad and smoothies this week. XD

In Mene News: I finished questing "The Head works" today. Or will be once I figure out which one thing I'm still missing. XD I don't know how or where but I'm missing one thing. So half yay! XD
