Yuric sat back sipping on his drink, as he enjoyed the livelihood of the festival. The town was in the middle of its autumn festival, which usually lasted about a week, so the nights were all like this. The townsfolk were all happily drunk or dancing and laughing, it was a comforting sight. They deserved it after the last few pirate attacks had left the town in dismal shape. Fortunately, it hadn't taken them too long to fix things up. Yuric had helped in the town's restoration and in the process had caught the eye of some of its women. He was sitting at a table full of them. They had spent the night laughing, joking and carrying on but the ninja himself was on guard. It seems this particular port had a knack for being attacked so there was no way for him to actually feel 100 percent at ease, no matter how late it was. He had looked around earlier to find some kindred spirits that had helped repel the earlier pirate attacks but was unable to locate them. He suspected they weren't here, maybe they didn't take to these sort of event too well. Even so, Yuric hadn't been here long so it would've been nice to have some company that he could actually relate to.
