 My Ode to Nature!

While walking down to small road to the public park,
old memories started to spark
I remember a time from long ago,
a time that mushrooms where still seats for toads.
When fairy’s still road dragonflies,
and there where berry fields for miles.
I remember climbing in trees,
to find all sorts of birds and bee’s
I learned more in passing time,
and not everything fell in line.
Now I am too old.
There are no more mushroom seats for toads.
No fairy’s to ride on the dragonflies.
There all just dreams and fantasy of what ones was a child.
