I wish I could make my sleep schedule that flexible. My body gets stuck in going to bed at a certain time, and won't budge, no matter when I actually woke up. I just don't get very sleepy on my own, not until something like 4 AM, anyway. @_@ And even then, when I feel like I'm going to pass out, I could go to bed and lay there for hours, wide awake. I just can't fall asleep at night without taking a melatonin supplement. I can take naps during the day with no trouble, however. Asleep within 15 minutes, without any aid. Clearly my body wants to be nocturnal.
