"Don't worry about it" Will said, shaking his head at May's apology "It's fine, we've got the tent set up". He smiled humbly at the unexpected thank you from May. He pushed his knees with his hands to stand up as May asked about food. It looked like Collin had the same idea and all of the survivors were progressively getting hungrier. All the hard work, heat and not to mention the thrashing waves they had endured in the crash had stripped their bodies bare of calories to thrive on. Even though the only food they had was minimal, Will knew it was important for them to consume more energy for them to get strong enough to get off this island, and crucially for May to heal from her injury.

Dr. Rider made his way over to the others as Will was handing out the food packages to the others. He reached out his hand to take one from him as he passed it over. Dr. Rider had spent a long time in the water to salvage the food packages, but even with his selfish tendencies he had to admit to himself that the food was sparse and dividing the food was for the good of them all. If he was going to find this bird and return to the mainland safely, he would need all the help he could get, even if it were only three others.
