It is basically the classic butter, rice krispies, and marshmallow recipe for rice krispie treats, but with some pink and green food coloring, a popsicle stick, and some shaping and cutting to make them look like watermelon slices. Oh, and some optional chocolate chips to make them look like watermelon seeds! As cute as this is, I think I will just stick with regular rice krispies because I don't have any food coloring lying around in my house right now. Plus I don't mind getting my hands a little sticky while eating these gooey delicious delights.
