It's Mosogourmet!! あっ、 妄想グルメだ！I would say this recipe is slightly harder than a couple of the other ones I have posted so far because it involves actual baking, but it is still relatively simple. You basically just bake cupcakes inside an ice cream cone instead of in a cupcake wrapper, then you drip melted frosting and sprinkles on top to make them look like melting ice cream! Yum yum! They are meant to look quite messy, but they are delicious just the same!
