Picking something, you get to choose what you do within certain parameters. With dice you have so many moves before you can do something if your lucky. As for what I stated int he rules about rolling and a choice. There may be a part of your adventure that will require dice rolls. Who knows, maybe I'll be kind and not have you use dice. :P
