First off... No one said you had to NPC all the characters - I already addressed this point in a previous post - including ALL the characters you listed thus far would be a stretch because there wouldn't be enough people to play them.
I don't recall ever reading one of your ideas, other than including a bunch of characters?
Still missing the point to the first part?
