It was a prize for that contest Madame Rou hosted, so there are a few floating about.
As for the busy, weeeellll all the staff members and NPC's (with the exception of Vicky who seems to be just relaxing and letting everyone else do the work o.0) have been busy busy bees running around like chickens.
