Now...where's the fun if there is no contest with a prize waiting?

Rules:
* Come up with something HALLOWEEN/HALLOMENE-THEMED.
* It MUST NOT be wearing anything that covers the nether regions. If you don't have the pair of Icy Jolly Smalls needed to make the underwear poof, then use a skin of some sort from a CI or EI to make sure the area's clear.
* You may not use your current or past outfits (prior to reading about this) to enter. Come up with something new!
* One entry per person, please.
