I like to use Corel Painter Essentials 3 for drawing in. It just seems way smoother then Photoshop and the results look better. I also use Corel when I'm shading something in black and white. I don't think I've ever tried coloring on Corel, but I do that in Photoshop. I also use Photoshop for adding text to pictures. What I don't like about Corel is that you can't change the layer types, so you can't color a picture unless you redraw all the lines onto a different layer (as far as I know).
