Oi~ Add in all the elements. Then only people know what you are getting at. My suggestion is that~
1. If showing design. Simple sketch is fine.
2. showing design + shape. Put in the shapes for ALL elements, need not care about shading yet.
3. showing shade. Then only you shade. XD
Why don't you add in the sleeves and all other frills frills?
