Shinji gave a small wave as the two parted ways. He returned to his class and sat down and listened to the teacher lecture for the next ten minutes before releasing the class. Shinji stretched before getting up from his seat and slipped his camera strap over his shoulder and left the classroom. Shinji headed for the courtyard with the fountain. He sat on the room and stared at his reflection for abit before touching the water and distorting the image. He looked up towards the sky and reached out a hand as if he could grasp the sky. He wanted to fly. He wanted wings. Don't get me wrong he could fly but it's just not the same as having wings. Shinji could more or less "levitate" but he couldn't fly. He was a wingless dragon. Shinji looked back down into the water of the fountain to see that his image now had dark charcoal horns sprouting on either side of his head. Shinji just stared at it for awhile before getting up and walking away. He wanted to shift, he wanted to change. The urge was bubbling up inside him. Absentmindedly he reached up and felt the top of his head. With a sigh of relief there were no horns sprouting.

Shinji went inside the boys dorm and bounded up the stairs to the top floor and went inside his room. To his surprise their were bags on the other side of the room, but there was no sign of anyone. How strange. Shrugging it off, Shinji placed his camera on his desk and left the dorms. He looked around before heading off to the small forested area in the enclosed campus. It was a designated spot where supernatural creatures could let loose. Shinji passed a lake full of mermaids and merman to get to the far reaches of the small forest until he came upon a small grotto. Shinji looked around before taking off his clothes and hiding them under a small boulder. He dived right into the water and swam across until he reached the small cave and pulled himself out of the water. Shinji took a deep breathe before he braced himself for his change. It was painful, but he could handle it. His bones were shifting beneath his skin, and his skin was tearing. It was as if something inside of him was clawing it's way out. The transformation took about maybe two minutes to five minutes. Shinji wasn't really counting the seconds as time flew by. Shinji let out a loud growl that ricocheted off the walls and echoed throughout the grotto.

Shinji got into the play bow position that dogs usually do to signify that they wanted to play to stretch out his back. The boy dragon looked around the cave before diving back into the water for a swim. He peaked his head out from under the water as if he was a crocodile and looked around. Now one seemed to be around so he climbed out of the water and climbed the cave to reach the top. Shinji sat down and waved his tail from side to side as he looked out at the landscape before him. In the distance he could see the dorms, but nothing beyond that.
