❂❂ Personal Attitude ❂❂

[Personality] Bekah is a humble, peace-loving, gentle and wistful goddess in training. Her gentle and harmonic aura brings out the best in others, if her kindness has not done that already. She is very courteous and bright, as well as organized and honest. She's not very assertive, nor is she very aggressive; the humble goddess in training remains extremely reserved.

Bekah feels the most happy when others are happy as well. With her head up in the clouds and her heart in the on her sleeve, Bekah can be a bit air-headed. She can be a bit too hard on herself, and relies on others to make big decisions due to her belief of being incompetent. Her way of speaking and her mannerisms are quite traditional and lady-like. She'll curtsy and present herself with the highest politeness, will never speak unless spoken to, etc. She's a very punctual and law-abiding goddess in training, but is very private about what happens in her life when no one is around, and is very sensitive to strong negative emotions such as anger, sadness, jealousy, etc.

Despite her awkward and unsociable demeanor, Rebekah remains quite selfless. Regardless to who they are, she will help anyone and everyone in need of aid if not in battle. (However it may come back to bite her through her conscience.) She’s optimistic around others, but she dislikes confronting her own problems, burying them deeper so it doesn't affect her friends. In order to help others to the fullest potential, she sacrifices all her being to make sure others are safe. She has a limit however, if she over exerts herself, she will stop and drop whatever she is doing in order to regenerate and to continue.

Rebekah has trouble formulating sentences or expressing her emotions on her face, and leaves her very poker-faced the majority of the time, save for her happy smiles. However, it's very easy to tell how she's feeling by looking around her, depending on how bright or how dim of an uplifting aura she seems to dispel from her spirit, it can be translated into certain emotions if you're smart enough.

[Moral Compass (Alignment)] Neutral/Lawful Good, if you need help, she'll be right there by your side with anything you need. It's burned into her system to never turn a blind eye to those in distress, as long as she has the ability to do so.

❂❂ History ❂❂

[Family] Rebekah was the only child to two adoring parents.

[Biography] During her life, Rebekah was a very bright and gentle girl. Always abiding by the rules, tending to her work in order to impress potential spouses. It was the happiness of her parents of their daughter being such a well-behaved girl that brought Rebekah joy. She would do anything to make them pleased with her, and gave her the motivation to work hard in her duties as a young noble. Due to her mother being unable to produce a male, the task laid on her to do many of the work that was expected of nobility. Though reluctant, Bekah accepted the task of learning to read and write in order to aid her father in his duties. In time, Rebekah would soon always be by her fathers side, whether it be in studies or work, Rebekah found that the bond they shared over such paperwork was relaxing and enjoyable. Rebekah soon became extremely intelligent and excelled in many of her studies, and decided to branch out.

But her interest in helping and aiding to the sick/wounded would not be ignited until a Kaiju attacked several servants who were tending to the gardens. Though she did not know it was caused by a Kaiju, the sight of those wounded sparked a flame. A burning desire to help those who were suffering. They feeling was strong, and she demanded her father to teach her the ways of the medical field. It was years into her diligent study, and she was already proving to be an excellent nurse, despite her weak heart.

However, her years working in medicine did not last long. Come fall, the country was in a state of turmoil and anger from the peasants. One day, she was on a carriage headed to another noble's home when she heard screaming not too far away. She ordered the carriage to stop and went to investigate. Upon finding the source of the noise, she found a man who was extremely badly wounded, and rushed to his side, making quick use of her first-aid kit. Once patched up, the man, eyes still wide in fear, mumbled something about a monster and thanked her. After seeing him off, she turned to her carriage, only to be met by a gruesome sight.

Blood splattered everywhere, everyone who had been tending to the carriage had been killed. A large figure was on top of one of the bodies, looking as if they looting him. Fearing for her life, she turned and fled the scene before she was taken down as well. She fled, all the way to the home of the noble she was to meet before. She collapsed at the door, tired and shaking, and the servants took her in to seek medical help. During her recovery, she did not speak. The exhaustion of running that distance had taken a toll on her weak heart, and she became deathly ill. Her illness did not stop her from her dream. Once she was well enough to walk around, wounded servants came to the door, some attacked by monsters or animals, others attacked by angry peasants. Something evil was stirring up, and Rebekah could do nothing in her condition. However, she did the best she could to heal those wounded or sick, at the cost of her health. Her illness did not disappear, and as the days went by, she became weaker and weaker. Her resolve for aiding the sick did not falter, and she continued helping those in need at the other nobles home until she was too weak to even stand.

On her 17th birthday, a paper came in, with names of those who were to be executed. Rebekah was horrified to see her family's names upon the death sentence. In fear that they too would be targeted, they threw Rebekah out, and she was left to fend for herself. Equipped with only some food, water, and a coat, she set out and made her way to the village. There, she found people who were starving, people who were desperate, and could not stop herself from offering all she had. Cold, sick, and hungry, Rebekah took shelter in an alleyway, away from the cold wind. It was there she died slowly and peacefully, as the sun rose and shone upon her. Even before death she gave all she had till she was at her last breath.

When she awoke, she did not believe nor remember that she was truly dead, and wandered the whole earth for 100 years trying to figure out how and why she had died. Once she began to accept her death, she realized she wanted to help in a way that could prevent such tragedies from occurring. Many more years passed, and this desire grew very strong, but the weight of leaving her parents even after they had passed still brought her pain. It was around this time that she suddenly faced by the God of Life, a wondrous sight to behold. He explained what had happened back then, about the Kaiju's, about the death of her parents she adored so, and why she was speaking to him. Due to her relentless and fierce desire to help and tend to others, the God of Life had given her the opportunity to study under him to take his place as the next Goddess of Life, but with conditions. Though not confident in her abilities, she accepted the offer, and discovered abilities beyond her comprehension. She saw how her presence made others happy, and how she was suddenly able to tend to the sick, although in spirit. All the help that she was doing for others made her extremely happy, but she realized she wasn't sure on how to responsibly use them. Now the next 120 or so years she spent studying diligently, be it languages, history, etc, she needed all the help she could get if she were to be a responsible Goddess of Life.

We fast forward to now, as she prepares for the last test before taking the God's place. She is one of the oldest spirits to be around such gods, and knows them quite well (though she doesn't really talk to them a lot). She's completely determined to do everything in her power to gain the name of Goddess of Life, and yet still is timid enough to hide herself behind books.

❂❂ Abilities ❂❂

[Strengths] Her mental capabilities are almost limitless and her intelligence is very high. She also excels at helping and supporting others as a backup. She’s also very good at escaping a bad situation, with her observant and calculating brain of hers. In order to back up her relentless selflessness, she's also quite brave. As an old spirit, she has a lot of experience with the ever-evolving world, and can adapt quickly if introduced to new things.

[Weaknesses] The poor goddess in training has little to no physical attributes at all. With a weak heart, using too much of her strength without few minutes of rest can cause her body to fade/crack; requiring her to stop activities in order to regenerate herself.
She is also too kind, her need to help anyone and everyone can cause her to help the wrong side, and she can be easily manipulated to work for anyone if she isn't careful. Her first priority is helping, and her safety comes second to the plight of others, and can get her in quite dangerous situations. This makes her quite and easy target when she is alone.

[Powers] Her small amount of goddess power has left her with a very strong connection to life. All living things, being animals or plants, even people, she has a direct connection to their life forces, and this gives her power. The more living things around, the easier it is for her to use her power. Rebekah can also communicate with said living things. With communication coming so easy, she is able to gain their aid by being able to control them whether it be fighting, defending, trapping, etc.

Her presence is uplifting, flowers grow where she touches, birds and animals sing to the sound of her voice, and the world brightens only for that time she is around. Once she passes through these things fade slowly back into the normal drone of life. Rebekah uses this presence to give life to her allies, kind of like an energy boost. They become stronger and are able to recover a lot quicker with her. She is able to project this presence as long as you are 10 or so feet away from her, although it is strongest when she is nearby.

She is able to take life force from others and transfer it however she pleases, but she must be careful. In human transfers, she ends up using a plant or animal as a sort of sacrifice, because wounds get transferred in exchange for the extra years of life they receive. This proves fatal, because animals and plants are such delicate existences. The easiest of a transfer for a human is with a tree because trees are able to live long. She is reluctant to use this very often, because it basically kills the other, and rarely uses this in a human to human transfer. This puts a heavy weight on her heart, because she must take a life in order to give more life to another. She is able to transfer the wounds onto herself, but she goes into her shutdown due to the fact that it is a last resort.

As a spirit, she is much stronger in light than she is in darkness, and such is reflected on the output of power she can use. If it is too dark, she can be of little help for her allies, but come bright light, she'll be a strong support to keep at your side. Careful though, she may be an easy hostage to keep, but she has plants and animals to defend herself with. She may be at your disposal when you catch her, just anticipate a very annoying chase.

❂❂ Arsenal ❂❂

[Weapons and Equipment] Ribbons and bandages that adorn her outfit body and are filled with her magical power. She mainly uses them to help others by wrapping them around wounds and casting her magic Despite their delicate look, the long pieces of fabric are indeed very durable and sturdy. They can be used to protect her due to their durability, but only as a last resort. The fabric is how she channels her power, and if destroyed she has little to use.
As a weapon and backup, she carries a special staff that she can use to channel her abilities with attacks, snares, or stronger boosts. Even though she is usually using such power to primarily help and support her allies.

❂❂ Extra ❂❂

[Additional Information] As for her "fading existence," when she exerts too much energy or uses up too much power at a time without letting herself cool down, cracks form on her body, and some patches of her body seem to chip away. At this time she puts herself on a shutdown, kind of like a mini-coma, she leaves herself in a vulnerable state in order to regain the pieces of her spirit.

Her hair has similar properties to that of a cloud; and instead of falling to the ground, it floats somewhat aimlessly, which sometimes is very problematic because Bekah likes to hide herself in those neverending locks.

She looks somewhat like a fairy, and hovers about like such. You will see her hovering more often than walking, due to the fact that any inanimate object she touches with her body with immediately sprout buds of flowers. This proves very inconvenient whenever she picks up a book to read.
