Rosemary jumped a little,startled that the man was talking to her.She ran through the list of rules in her head,and decided that it should be okay to speak."Hello,sir." She said.Her voice was quiet,but had a silvery,musical quality to it,almost like wind chimes heard from far away.She was caught off guard by his smile.Her last master had never smiled at her.She knew she was staring,and that she should drop her gaze as was proper,but she couldn't look away.Something deep inside her,an instinct,she supposed,told her that he was a vampire.Would he be the one to buy her?
